Exchange Active Sync or Outlook.com account? Whis one is better/recommended?

My One arrived last Friday and I'm done customizing its options, installing apps, etc. The only thing left in this regard is to try another launcher just for the inability of Sense 5 launcher to hide app/folder names on the home screens.

I set up my Microsoft account using EAS when I configured the phone the first time and the mail, contacts, notes and tasks apps are great and functional.

The Outlook.com app setup itself up as an account that can sync mail, calendar and contacts.

What do you guys use? EAS account or Outlook.com account?
