I agree. I like the S8+ so I like the Note 8 as well. I'll be upgrading for the pen and cameras.

I'm considering for the same reasons. The Note 8 won't be ridiculously tall if you're already use to the S8 plus, which I am. It's a terrific phone.

I've played with the s8+ in store and loved it. Just waiting for the note 8. If for some reason I don't like the note 8 (which I'm sure I will since I'm a note nut lol) I will buy the s8+

Must be using a 16:9 phone. On a 18.5:9 phone, it all fits on the screen

On my 22" desktop monitor I can overlay my iPhone 6s and my Galaxy S6 and that pic matches the width of my phones but still comes out 2-3 mm taller than my phones.

Not happy with this design. Why couldn't they keep the same dimensions as the note 7 with the less drastiic edge and just extend the screen towards the top and the bottom? The note 7 had the perfect form factor.
