I just would hate to see you promising these people a date and getting everyone's hopes up and then not deliver, which at this point is a pretty certain option if you ask me. You were asked about the Verizon announcement and you said by Thursday and then a few minutes ago asked again and your story changes and you said that the droid 2 only had 2 days before it was released. Your stories just don't jive man. Plus you have yet to produce 1 once of proof about anything!! Period.

Netflix was basically the only thing that kept me looking at iphones and wp7. If the Bolt really has netflix I'm going to be so so happy.

That's what I'm saying. People have been waiting and waiting for this phone. Bennnn is keeping me pretty entertained with these riddles while I'm waiting. Frankly, it's a breath of fresh air in contrast to everyone constantly complaining.

Bottom line, I'm having a great time!

+1 on this. At the very least this has been a very fun thread (and the other one). I think we were starting to get too irritated with the delays and weeks without vzw saying anything. A fun distraction is always good,

i think its over-the-air (OTA), the way the updates are pushed out, and are download in the background during the day. You probably won't even notice the download until you get the notification.

You will get the notification to accept the download. The download comes after the notification. Once the download is complete it will power off and then on and begin installation. The phone will then reboot and voala!

If that's not enough, most of us have an iPad or Xoom too, along with a real computer. With Netflix availble on so many larger screens, who needs to watch movies on their phone?

the fact that Verizon boasted how they were backing wireless entertainment over LTE on the Tbolt makes the Netflix move much more sensible

Maybe Hulu will launch shortly after since it has to go by the same security protocols the Movie industry approves to let Netflix stream to "approved" devices for piracy protection.

Haha I hear yah man, but I'm tired of blur and I'm ready to move to an HTC phone. They seem to be better in terms of build quality and sense is awesome

Ok I think the sideways actually is about LTE a.k.a netflix over LTE because if you look at the Thunderbolt pictures it shows LTE written sideways next to the 4g symbol!! Am I close ben lol?

On the bus, train, car, bike, walking, waiting. Anytime you are not near your computer, you will have access to shows and movies at blazing fast 4G speeds.
