Here are the benchmarks for public beta v1. I'm still unemployed so it may take some time before I can buy the app. Once I buy it however I will be updating the videos and benchmarks.

I've read every post since the start of the thread. And from my understanding now with the app in the store I figured all should be fine. I'm running Fresh 3.5.0.1 with the kernel that was packaged with the Rom. I start fullhdmi. Insert the cable and start the service, the screen goes from no input to black screen to no input. It's a 32in Samsung lcd. Any ideas?
SSjon , just tried what you suggested to no avail.Try plugging in the Micro HDMI cable first, wait for the stock HDMI icon to appear in the notification bar. Open and start FullHDMI.

Good call. same results here The two lowest worked for me too. thank you for figuring that out.Sorry my bad, I just tried it myself. Only the two lowest resolutions work for my TV. Give them all a try.
No custom kernel is needed. If i purchase this app: FullHDMI for HTC EVO Where are the custom kernels mentioned in the description for me to download? The one for AOSP and Sense? Thanks in advance!
No custom kernel is needed.
"FullHDMI works on AOSP and Sense based kernels, without any modifications needed. Some features require a special kernel however like Audio control and hardware acceleration."
Don't expect to see the same performance in software mode as you see in my test videos.
I know it works w/o a kernel in software mode.
The description for the app in the market states "..Some features require a special kernel however like Audio control and hardware acceleration..."
I plan on using hardware mode, so where do we download the kernel? Or will that be sold separately?
Check post 337 for the modified stock kernel
Sweet. Thanks. I believe that kernel is for Sense? Is it fully AOSP compatible too?
We don't currently have an AOSP, yet. But with the app released we can hopefully start working with kernel devs to have it compiled in.
