So there is an actual “shop Samsung” app. Is that what I’m looking to download for the wife and I?

The app will already be installed on your phone, along with other Samsung apps, you'll just need to sign into your account or create one, if you don't have one already.

On the mobile version of their website they do have a note at the top of the pre-order page saying you can get the buds with the $130 GC. The note doesn't show up on the Shop Samsung app.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. I pre-ordered from Best Buy before the Buds sold out but hopefully I still get the ecertificate since I prefer the black buds.

No problem! I pre-ordered through Best Buy after the buds had sold out as well so I was relieved to see in writing that the buds qualified! The buds were a huge reason for me to pre-order.

You should. Even though the Buds may be gone, it doesn't look like there's a limit on the number of certificates

Best buy doesn't have any buds, they all come from Samsung. Or did you mean Samsung has some set aside for places like best buy and the other outlets.

They probably do. Either way, you will get something. I'm happy to be getting the certificate myself, if anything I'll order buds later and get the black.

well I don't know if this is true but Samsung told me if I pre-ordered before they ran out that I should get them. Best Buy told me that as soon as I get the phone I just need to sign in and sign up for them cuz there's only a 132,000 and that if I don't make it to get a pair then I'll get the E certificate which is fine and I would probably go for black too but I won't be upset if I get the white ones right away.

The Buds are from Samsung, not Best buy.

Nothing. The only bonus are the Buds directly through Samsung.
