I got the certificate, which I prefer. I can get what I want then which will probably be the black buds. White is to Apple for me

I prefer the black as well but I preordered on the first day so I most likely won't get the certificate. Debating if I wait, and they sell out if I'll be given a certificate. I don't mind waiting for the Buds if I can get the color I want.

I wanted black too but I decided to put the order in JUST IN CASE the buds are not available with the E-certificate. White is too Apple for me as well so I may just sell them.

Someone posted something form Samsung stating that you could get the Buds with the certificate but I will probably do the same as you just to be safe.

I didn't order in time for the buds, but got the ecertificate... however, how is the certificate delivered? I got the phone yesterday but no card in the box. My order details have the certificate listed as "in the box", with the same tracking number as the phone.

I’m trying to figure this out too. Tried the shop app but it didn’t have a way to claim the certificate, just the buds, which I wasn’t eligible for. Was going to contact them tomorrow if I couldn’t figure it out on my own.

Yeah, def get them! Better to have them then to wonder if and when you'll ever get them.

I ordered my S10+ through Samsung and got the earbuds included at that point. They are white and wish I could have the black. If anyone gets the black and wants white - I'll swap with you.

You can use the $130 GC towards the buds. It shows on the mobile site but not in the Shop Samsung app.

I suppose the question is WHEN will they be available? I have no patience so white it is!!

I suspect you still have to go into Shop Samsung App and claim it. Only a guess.

I called today, they said the certificate would be emailed within 15 days.

Since my phone won't be here tomorrow I'll probably end up getting the certificate. I'm guessing they'll all be claimed. LOL!

Same here, just received my Verizon S10+ today and went though the Shop Samsung app inbox to go through with the Ear Buds offer. Clicked on the "See if you quality" link and it said I was. It was submitted for review and approved within 5 to 10 mins and said it ships the week of March 25.

We shall see if stock shortage affects my shipment, either way I'll take the $130 eCertificate and buy the buds online later when they restock.

You can view your status through that SHOP SAMSUNG app.

Procedure was painless though.

The reason why I was lucky to get it a day ahead of release date with the primary goal of getting that claim in right away. Sort of like beat the onslaught to come. I just remember the fiasco that happened when i got my S7 Edge and the samsung watch offer was a cluster f*K year ago.
