Galaxy s4...still no lollipop update (uk)

I have a contract Galaxy S4 GT-i9505 with Vodafone in UK.
A friend has the exact same phone with the same network. He got his lollipop upgrade last week. Still no sign of mine. I've tried to do it over wi-fi and also via Kies3 but it says the latest software is installed (4.4.2).

Anyone got any suggestions why I haven't got it yet and others do? I have no interest in rooting/flashing etc. so that is not an option.

Patience grasshopper, the carrier pushes updates to a certain number of customers daily depending on sometimes the length of the contract the customer has had with them. Their computer systems are set according to variables that they link to marketing or internal policies. A call to customer service can't hurt but other than that... Waiting

Arrived on EE on March 19 so its got to be on its way. Don't you just hate the way no one actually tells you the due date of an update.

didn't arrive on my EE SGS4 yet.
nevermind, when my contract ends in June I'm going Sim only on a OnePlus One.

I'm on EE & haven't got lollipop update yet. Would love it though. I even checked last week.
