Galaxy S5 camera jitters yellow and green

I realized yesterday that my S5 camera has been exiting out by itself or black out after ita idle, then I realized that the camera has been jittering if that's a word, and green and yellow, maybe red colors too, it jitters, and when I put it on the computer, it shows it jitter, then continues to play, but on the video player of the S5, the part it jitters, it stops and says file incorrect data, something like that, please help, thanks.
