galaxy watch sensors stopped working within a few monts

got this watch as a bday gift on NOW2018, was working fine but suddnly stopped measuring heart rate , stress, steps count , kms,and now the hand gesture too doesnt respond tried reseting& update it too but same thing . now its just like a normalwrist watch .not at all a smart watch
