Galaxy Watch4 pre-ordered, anyone else?

I was going to order the Silver Watch 4 Classic 46mm but after owning the original Galaxy Watch in silver its time for a change.
Enter the black Galaxy Watch 4 Classic!

I'm taking my 22mm black stainless steel strap to work tomorrow to take it down from 22mm to 20mm, can't waste a perfectly good strap.

It should arrive in the morning but I won't get it in hand until I finish work around 3.30 pm so I'll let you know first impressions

I'm thinking of taking a mm off each side of mine too so I can use my straps. Problem is, you have to swap in the shorter pins too all the time. Can't wait to see some of your pics! Also gives me hope I may get my watch and flip3 early too. Probably not though, ordered on the 16th. But I'm in Canada so who knows.

So in the Shop Samsung app I'm still seeing "Backordered" (whatever that means). But when I log into my Samsung account on their website, it's still telling me that expected delivery is on the 27th. No idea what to make of this...

Yeah that happened to use with our phones S21 Ultras. It's not backordered and you should get it by the 27th most likely. As soon as you see the cancel button go away it's time to get excited. LOL! Mine says expected by 8/31 on the web and in app says will ship week of 8/25 and mine shows back ordered too but I wouldn't worry about that. I called Samsung too even though we went through this with our phones they said I would get it by the 31st or even sooner. I should of ordered right on the 11th but didn't.

Ah, good to know! I pre-ordered the S21 Ultra -and pretty much all Samsung devices I own - through T-Mobile. This is the first time I've gone directly through Samsung, so thanks for the insider info.

BTW, just got the following email from Samsung a few minutes ago:

So I managed to take 1mm of both sides and the pins, I basically unlinked the bracelet reduced it then re -linked it.
I can use the spring pins from my wife's 20mm galaxy watch band to see if it all works ok, if it does then I've managed to rescue my favourite strap

I just went to Samsung and the trade in values went down in price omg the A2 says $80 dollars now I got $150 and my husbands Watch 3 went from $185 to $135. So glad we did this already.

Good thing I did it when it was still 150 for the s2 myself lol

I just wish my cancel button would go away. I used a different credit card for mine an no charge the one my husband used is already showing a charge his ended up being like 206 after trade in for the classic 46mm which is what I paid for his watch 3. Oh but he will get 10% off also like me mine was $96 after my $9 in rewards he had a few dollars in rewards also.

Edit: My order now says in process the cancel button went away. Yay!

Just looked at my FedEx app for something else and found that a label has been created by Samsung with expected delivery of Thursday August 26.

The order says expected delivery date of August 31 but I expected sooner as that is what Samsung always seems to do.

Heh, still got no update beyond the email from yesterday saying that it would still be shipped on the day they originally told me that it would.

Just looked at my FedEx app for something else and found that a label has been created by Samsung with expected delivery of Thursday August 26.

The order says expected delivery date of August 31 but I expected sooner as that is what Samsung always seems to do.

Oh really what did you order regular or classic and what size? Mine says expected delivery 8/31 also not sure if I have a Fed Ex App or log on I do for UPS. Oh I do have Fed-Ex App but it says no shipment info at this time. :-(. I hope mine changes to 8/26. I am off next week Wed-Sun so we'll see. Yeah I didn't order right away cause I wasn't sure my husband would want us to do it and he works 3rd shift I didn't see him for a couple days but then I ordered mine anyway on the 12th cause it was too good of a deal and they offered me the extra 10% I had 9 bucks in rewards. But then I cancelled and re-ordered on the 14th. At 1st it said I wouldn't get it till 9/17 than it went to 9/10. And I saw they had the white band one for 8/26 or 27 and they wouldn't let me change order from silver band to white they said I had to cancel and re order so I did that on the 14th. But maybe I'll get mine early too. And yes I was logged in to my Fed Ex app.

I just got done watching Flossy's video about the watches I can't wait to get it. He showed everything about it except for sleep mode stuff cause he doesn't wear his watch to bed. I wear mine to bed. I hope to get a Fed Ex notification soon.

I ordered the galaxy watch 4 44mm in green on the 18th and on the Samsung app it says backordered will ship week of September 13th. Samsung website says expected delivery date September 17th.

Mine shows it should arrive 8/31, was ordered on 8/12. But I ordered the classic in black, 46mm.

Also, my FedEx app shows it being delivered on 8/26.
