Gear 2 Neo and S4 pairing?.Help please

Got the Gear Neo 2 early and have been trying to pari with my S4. No Joy!!! I downloaded gear manager and followed the process but i can't get Gear Manger to actually connect after it recognizes the device and I confirm the bluetooth passkey. Are any other early Gear 2 recipients having issues?
