Gear fit2 floor dropped count since update

[AC Question]

My gear fit2 recently had an update (around 16th June) and since the update the floor count has practically stopped measuring any floors.

I've gone from averaging 10-15 floors per day to 0-2!

My version R360XXUIDQE6
