MyBackup restored all of my icons. I think its the Android Home setting that puts everything back. Make sure you check that when backing up your data in the app.
However, it sounds like your problem is really your file being corrupt.

I spoke too fast! I'm getting the End Call Bug on a regular basis now that I'm on 1.2

I've gotten the end-call bug as well. Also, I've noticed my battery on this tanks more than it did on 1.1. Plus I notice my screen always wants to stay on. And, I've had several times where I manually set my display brightness, then when I exit and hit the power button to put the phone to sleep, when i re-wake it, it's the previous dim setting. you can test this by setting it on the dimmest setting, then putting to sleep, then rewaking. I learned the workaround for this was turning on then back off auto-brightness.
I've also have consistently had data connect issues on wifi. Even with turning off wifi and turning it back on, still has connection issues once it's been connected to wifi for awhile.
Screen seems more jittery, too. I remember reading about android being overly aggressive with clearing screen caches, tho I don't know the details, but that is what the behavior is representative of. Once I've scrolled a couple of times, it's smooth as butter, but not until I've established that short term cache.

I wish I was as lucky as you! I love the ROM... I just wish I didn't have to deal with the major bugs (end call, sound off, etc.).
I'm sticking with it though.

Yea I love this rom and it's the first since rooting... Besides that I am having problems with saving new contacts to my contacts list as it doesn't show up, my verizon and nfl network not signing in, netflix streaming choppy even with wifi... Besides those huge aspects I still like this rom but I don't know for how long I'll stick to it...
I had issues with logging into My Verizon and NFL. I switched off wifi so that I was only using mobile data. I was then able to log in on both My Verizon and NFL. No problems since
I followed the instructions on the first page to get NFL Mobile working. Works like a charm.
I just tried the Netflix over 4G and its actually unwatchable as reported. I will try a WiFi connect this evening when I get home.
My question is about using Total Call Control as a workaround for the End Call bug. I have it enabled and when I have an incoming call that shows END CALL as my only option, When I shake the phone it will not answer.

So if I update from v1.1 to v1.2, and its better to NOT restore system data to prevent things from getting screwy, will I have to re-setup all the little settings again? Is that what most of you guys who frequently flash new ROMs do? Seems like a very time consuming ordeal or maybe its half the fun?

You should definitely NOT restore any system data.... it might be time consuming to setup some of these settings, but it's much better than having a really, really messed up ROM.
Software numbers are not Radio numbers... in Settings > About phone > look the "Baseband version," those are your Radio numbers, which are your CDMA Radio number and your LTE Radio number separated by a comma. Custom ROMs NEVER include any radio files. Those are flash separately through your hBoot screen, and the procedure for those are in the http://forums.androidcentral.com/thunderbolt-rooting-roms-hacks/77350-guide-how-backup-restore-install-roms-thunderbolt.html in Post #3.
When I do a backup of DATA, it prompts me to check Contacts, Call Log, Bookmarks, SMS, MMS, System Settings (Dont Check This One), and then Android Home, Alarms, Dictionary, Calendar, and Music PlayList.
Check Android Home to save your screen layouts, widgets, icons, etc.
Once you have restored the Apps, when you restore the Android Home using MyBackup ROOT, it will put the icons in place.
Its been my experience, that you will have to restore some setting yourself manually.
MyBackup seems to do a pretty good job getting most of the stuff back the way you had it setup and whenever I use Titanium Backup to Restore my App, I restore App+Data and my apps will be configured pretty much as before.

Does restoring system settings and home screen using mybackup pro the same as system data?
Do you think I should upgrade to the new radio? And how do I do that without breaking root with revo?
Dont check System Settings. However, you will have no problem with Android Home. I'm not sure what System Data you are comparing these two options too.
The radio should have no effect on the ROM as long as you are using a radio that is on par with the Rom (for example, you shouldn't use a Fryo version radio with a Gingerbread based Rom. If you have Gingerbread, get a radio that works with Gingerbread and so on...
