Can't seem to get this working in 4.2
I'm pretty sure 4.2 got rid of the blue clock.
Yep. It's a new clock app in 4.2. Some of us miss the 4.1 clock.

Is there a copy/paste issue with firefox? I can highlight text and get the two little pointer things to come up, but that top bar with the option to copy never appears in firefox. Everything works properly when I try it in Chrome.
If you go to your recent thumbnails, you can touch and hold an application to see the app info. This is useful if you want to uninstall or stop it.

When you have a new question unrelated to the thread you're reading, use the SEARCH function to see if your question has been asked before, and if not, post a NEW TOPIC. Thanks. ,Not sure if this is the best place for Nexus Q&A, but here goes:
I don't know if this has been posted.
While holding the N7 in landscape mode, you can turn the volume up or down by swiping up or down on the right edge of the screen. Swiping up or down on the left edge of the screen to increase or decrease the brightness.
Sorry. This seems to only work when watching a video in vplayer. It's not working for me.

Hi there,
I bought a Nexus 7 for my little brother as a Xmas gift. I would like to set it up before I give it to him which means I need to register it under his email address. That's not a problem, but I don't want it to send an email to his address that 'your device has been successfully activated' or something. How can I ensure that he doesn't find out that he has a Nexeven waiting for him?
Cheers,
Herbie
