No panda yet, one week left til my Nov 1st ship date. Panda 128gb ordered through Verizon on 10/6
I keep looking out the window for the truckMy XL 2 is on a Fed Ex truck now!
Still get nothing from them, contact them yesterday, and said will give me email within 24 hours, nothing....
Ordered XL Black 64g Tuesday 10/17 around 10pm, received shipping notification on Thursday night 10/19 around midnight, phone arrived yesterday, Monday 10/23 around noon via fedex. Not having any issues that had me worried reading this forum. Yes it has a blue tint when looking from the side, but that is a non issue. Super pleased so far.
thats what they told me yesterday, today the guy wouldnt commit to that
Called 90 minutes ago... Rep said the phone shipped yesterday and it'll be there on the 26th or 27th... Asked him to send a confirmation email with tracking information. Said no problem and he'll send it right over.
Still no email.
Why do I get the feeling the rep just read the same order page I gave and guessed, rather than actually researching the issue?
Lots of black phones being shipped out and delivered, doesn't seem like many penguins are being shipped.
I got the same response this morning, then I said I know it was supposed to be shipped yesterday and arrive today or tomorrow but the order detail page still has the shipping date grayed out.
He then said they have until 5 PM to ship it. I asked what day is it there in the Philippines? He said it was the 24th - I said well it's the 25th in the U.S..
He said, hmmm, let me check. Came back 10 minutes later and said he is still trying to reach level 2 and will call be back with an answer.
No call, no update to order detail page, no phone, CC charged last Monday.
Who knows, maybe it is on a fed-ex truck and they forgot to update the system. I guess I'll call again tomorrow. I have a support case number.
Panda 2XL was supposed to ship 10/23, contacted support yesterday who provided lots of smoke up my *** and said it was in the "advanced stages", would be here as promised "on my doorsteps" and that a tracking email should be going out that day. Well, here I am, another day later and absolutely nothing has changed. I will contact support again in a few hours, but I'm guessing they will just attempt to placate me again...This is ridiculously bad business.
I'm on chat with them again. This time for a few minutes shy of one hour so far. They did just try and shake me off and email me later, but I said no thanks-I'll wait. This is undoubtedly not going anywhere, but I'm a bit preturbed.
