I'm expecting my phone from OnTrac today as well and I am preparing for the worst...I do hope they deliver...

I wound up getting it late in the day yesterday...whew! I was relieved.

Just a note on unboxing it...it seemed the sticker that holds the top of the box was undone before. The manual inside that has a sticker was lifted a little as well. I wonder if it was a last minute check?

Finally got a rep to admit that there is a shipping delay and they do not have an eta.
They also can not give any updated ETA so I have to what until the unit physically ships to know anything.

I got the phone today and feel in loved with it and I'm coming from pixel XL. All of the reviews from YouTube got me worry this whole time from the day I preorder the phone. People that are worried about the screen I suggest to go to a Verizon store so you can see it in person it makes a big difference.

91 minute chat today with zero results other than to have them say they will have to get back to me and sent me a $25 google play code. They can shove that $25 and just send me my dang phone already! I will contact them again tomorrow if their has been no change. tomorrow was supposed to be the latest delivery date and as of yet, they still have bit charged my CC. I only wish they had a real answer instead of making stuff up and not giving any real answers to anyone!

Well, I guess they actually did get mine shipped as scheduled. I owe Google a big apology, but I'm glad this forum is here for me to vent. It's does seem like they we're holding out on shipping phones for a reason since it appears that most shipped out today.

I feel for everyone who is still stuck on the "it's shipping today carousel"... It's awful when you can't get a straight answer.

...now all I need is this tracking number to change from "label created" to "en route"... If all goes well, I should have it Friday by 8PM -- going from Cali to Florida, 2 Day shipping.

I hate when FedEx says end of day and they mean end of day.....tomorrow my Pixel 2 XL 64gb is finally supposed to arrive. I do not have any meetings at work until 2:00 tomorrow....the day is going to be the longest.

I am okay. I canceled the Panda and ordered a black 128 GB XL through Verizon. Got it in a few hours (literally) from their warehouse. I am happy now .
