And when you say Power off you get this screen. So methinks I will be using the assistant to power off in the future.

I'm worried about the price. Apple's prices for their new phones are very appealing and I'm hoping Google does the same thing. The way the regular Pixel is shaping up, $700 would be a good price point. I just think the Pro (even w/ the better specs and camera) might be too big. Luckily I'm not getting it right away so I'll have a chance to see how right I am via store displays.
You have the bug report on that screen. How do you add that? I don't have that. Would be handy to have. And when you say Power off you get this screen. So methinks I will be using the assistant to power off in the future.

My wife is already doing research on asylums for me.With my wealth of insider information (absolutely none), I'm anticipating the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro pricing to most likely mirror the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max ($799 and $1,099 USD), though I'm holding out hope they match up the 6 Pro against the 13 Pro ($999), because it would be much more difficult to justify a $300 price difference..
Personally I think I'd have to be crazy to spend that much money on a phone. Guess that makes me certifiable... Though if it does turn out to be a 37% price hike, I may have to allow a brief respite of sanity.
Yeah I feel you. I feel like 128gb will be the standard base model though so that's good.I don't care how much it is, I'm in. Time to upgrade my aging 4XL. Battery life is getting a lil bit mehh. It's still decent, but I always get the itch to upgrade every 2 years. I'm thinking of the silver one in whatever the highest storage config is. I thought 64GB was enough, it's def not.

Definitely need to anticipate higher storage needs with the new cameras. I'm curious just how much larger a 'standard' photo and video will be...
I'm using about 80GB/128GB now, so will probably look at the 256GB to have a bit more headroom.
I use it every day on my Pixel 4xl. I love it, so happy there's a chance they'll bring it back.
I would be super happy if they brought this back! I'm still rocking the Pixel 3 and recently I had issues with squeeze for assistant (it would trigger GA randomly with the sightless bump, shake or vibration) so I had to turn it off. Didn't realize how much I used it until I was forced to turn it off ... Having that back would be awesome!!
You know I'm on the the same beta as you and I don't have it.I am on the 12 beta I think it is just there
Well my Pixel 4a doesn't have it.I didn't realize they took that feature away..... did it go bye bye with the 4a line or the 5?
Weird. I may have activated it in developer mode. Let me check. Here it is Dev options. I also have feedback set as bug report handler. You know I'm on the the same beta as you and I don't have it.
I found it. I first tried the handler but that didn't do it. But the other further down did. Thanks for the screen shot.Weird. I may have activated it in developer mode. Let me check. Here it is Dev options. I also have feedback set as bug report handler.

Thanks ... I tried that but no go. Guess the sensor has gone haywire on me because no matter the sensitivity setting I get GA randomly activating all day. Whether the phone is in my pocket, I place it (gently) down on a table or sometimes even while I'm holding it. Only thing that I've found to stop these false triggers is to turn off squeeze for assistant.I have a 3xl as well.... you can adjust the force of the squeeze it takes to trigger it in the settings. When I set it up the default squeeze was way too sensitive.
