My phones have been inspected and refund credit will be issued soon, full refund amount as advertised for each. But USPS still says "in transit.... arriving late" with a missing mail search I initiated.

Hopefully everyone else that is stuck in this arriving late situation has some positive updates soon.

Still worried about my situation, I started a chat with Google. They said they received my phone and to give it 14 days. Great...

My return window for pixel 7 ends on Nov. 5th.
So it looks like I won't be able to return if my trade in value does not match what I was quoted.

Giving someone the option to buy the 6a for $299 with a $100 store credit is pretty solid, if it's not just for the 7 series

yes...we all know we would not get our old phones back......but we want to be sure the trade in dollars get credited correctly.
Tracking to make sure it gets to Google and assessed correctly and credited to me

The return is only tracked by USPS until arrival at Nashville. There the individual phone boxes are placed into a large container for the company performing the assessment for Google. No further tracking is available after that. Right now it seems to be running about 1-2 weeks from arrival in Nashville until the phone value and refund is reported to the end user.

Holy crap finally reached Memphis, at least in Tennessee now

Dropped off in Seattle area on October 18th, took it's sweet time to reach Tennessee. Now probably another couple of week to reach warehouse.

Anyone else from Memphis distribution center, how long it took for Google to acknowledge device received email?
