Google voice typing inserts all variations

I've just had the Android 7 update on my Sony Z5C and since then google voice typing inserts all possible variations, when it tried to optimize what it has recognized. For example: if I dictate "that", it initially show just that word, but a moment later it tries to interpret it and may -for example- determine that it could also be "hat" and "what", so I get "that hat what" in my chat instead of being able to select the options by long press. If the sentence is longer, it will insert all options of all words it has alternatives for. So a 10 word sentence quickly becomes 100 words.
