Well I followed the heard and swapped from Vicious to Jelly Belly. restoring apps right now. Hope the GPS is fixed with this one. Otherwise Vicious was great. Had no force closes of anything at all including the phone itself. Really liking Jelly Bean. I almost don't miss the customization of AOKP anymore, almost! Also, what Kernel does the Jelly Belly Rom come with? I was loving the stock Kernel I downloaded for the Vicious Rom.
I am about to flash Jelly belly 1.6 do I need to flash the su file as well or is it included in the ROM now?

Is this fake?? Sounds like according to this email I just got that Jelly Bean will be 4.2

Included in the rom.
so jelly belly 1.6 comes with linaro-based kernel? can i flash the vicious stock instead?
I get this on any ROM, but to have it happen it has to be a photo that was sent to an iphone and then sent to me. If its a photo the sending iphone took itself it does not happen.
Hopefully that makes sense.
A lot of talk about Jelly Belly v1.6, but I'm looking at flashing v2.1.
Anyone else running v2.1? hows it compare to 1.6? Is the only difference the addition of Awesome Beats?
Two different roms. You're talking about JD's jelly bean 2.1. Jelly Belly is a different rom created by a developer named Jake Day.![]()
Yeah I seen that, I rescinded my post as to not cause confusion.
Just seen Jelly Belly and assumes it was the same.
Only thing I'm a little sad about (aside from the obvious lack of notification toggles, status bar battery percentage, and lockscreen customization) is that Desktop Visualizer doesn't seem to work on JB, so I can't change any of my icons to the way I want them to look. :/ Well, either that, or the DroidIcon app (where I get all my app icons) doesn't work on JB, one of the two. D'oh.
