Then listen!!! Ive learned this in college and in HS. My HS teacher had a listening test like How many months have 28 days. Edited by moderator.

They all have 28 days. I know all about listening. I have three degrees. I have been a teacher for 12 years, so I'm a professional talker....but learned to talk by, you guessed it....listening. Go watch the keynote, and listen to how things are worded. Now pretend you didn't experience the last week, and tell me what you take away. Like I said, there are THOUSANDS of us. It's not like it's just me and a few other idiots who are too dense to hear what's being said.

MC511. Did you read my post or just skim it? I am saying that there is poverty and despair right here in the good old USA. We do not have to travel to see it. Every month has at least 28 days; until the last one. If the world ends before the 28th day of that month, that will be the month that doesn't.

I understand that. I should not, however, have to solve riddles about when a product will launch, or through whom. You really shouldn't have to listen to what words are excluded from a presentation. One should be as precise and clear as possible when speaking, especially when your company is trying to compete with the big boys, and you don't want to look like a bunch of amateurs. As I said, if I were the only one, you'd have a leg to stand on.

I hope Google doesn't refund . Intact they should charge more for complaining over the phone. You waist time and drive up the bill

i reached a certain age and started traveling. I have been to other countries and have seen people live in houses that barely have electricity. I have had beggers come up to me asking for money who would be lucky to get one decent meal!! I live in a middle class neighborhood.Seeing all this opens your eyes. Perhaps most of you who demand your $15 back for shipping should maybe give to the poor and less fortunate? Nah you wont.

Again, the guy who already has his nexus, criticizing the people who pre-ordered before him for being upset that they don't. I submit to your logic, since you've obviously got such a massive moral high ground. I hate to break it to you, but if you live in America and are shelling 200 bucks out for a gadget and are posting on message boards ALL YOU HAVE are first world problems. Instead of telling everyone how they're bad people for complaining about their tech while the world suffers, why don't you spend the money you put down on that Nexus 7 on some staving children instead of trying to shove your self-righteousness down everybody's throats. So basically since you don't like the threads, they should be closed? How about the people who have no problem with what's going on simply refrain from attacking the people who do? This is basically the equivalent of the EVO waiting threads when Apple held them at customs. It helps us make the wait seem shorter.

Apparently order from play and we'll deliver directly you in 2-3 weeks isn't precise and clear enough. Nobody stole or sold our tablet to someone else. Its still being delivered to you under the agreed terms.

If Google was the only outlet for the N7 why didn't everyone order from them? It was at least a week before retail outlets announced preorders. There were enough people who understood that there would be other outlets that they had to break those orders into 2 release waves.

Im not in your wallet. Just your complaining about an issue thats silly. Listen, i have pre ordered alot of things online and even have tried to order some stuff thats rare. When i was younger like 10 my dad would let me order a rare star wars action figure online that wouldnt be in stores. I got some of them and didnt get some of them. When they sold out i was dissapointed but i never threw a fit. I got my money back. And i had to wait hell 3 months to see if it would ship. Talk about painful. Google isn't apple nor are they the publishers of popular books. Google makes software and web based services. This is their first product that they are helping to ship. And they don't make the hardware. Asus does so yeah.

Apple doesn't have a US Plant, their stuff is made in Foxconn in China yet they manage to not be idiots when coming to releasing pre-orders.
