I got to the point where it says adb connection will be reset, adb server on desktop and re-login, what do I do next?

Ok finally got it to work after about 5 more tries. Superuser is in the app drawer so I assume it worked. Any way to know for sure?

If you see Superuser then it worked

Just did it for my GFs phone and it was EASY. Got hung up also on the "adb connection will be reset", but after a couple the SU was there. THANKS!

Sweet just dl'ed wireless tether and surfed the web on my mac through my fascinate. Thanks Dirkk!!

what am i doing wrong? I downloaded the driver. downloaded the 1-step file, and unzipped it to c:\fascinate with winrar. after I press the any key, the command prompt just goes away. ideas?

You need to download it again. And unzip it again it looks like your missing the adb.exe file if you used winrar you probably have my old instructions please download the latest one

thanks for the quick reply. ok, redownloaded it twice. extracted it with winrar to c:\fascinate. still getting the same screen. phone is connected with usb debugging checked as well as stay awake. i turned off all auto sync and network connections, just to be safe. also, downloaded the android sdk. don't know if i need that, but i'm a moron so that is probably crucial. sorry guys!

go into command prompt
and navigate to the directory that you extracted all the stuff
according to what your telling me u should type this to get there
cd C:\fascinate\
then type dir and post it here
