Clockworkmod recovery was originally designed to work with the voodoo file system. It has been modified to work with nonvoodoo, so we are all using the same clockworkmod recovery (cwm.) Just ignore the voodoo messages and voodoo menu.
I started that backup when I said I did, and I needed to use my phone after about an hour. So I pulled battery, any idea how long the backup takes?

thanks got everything squared away, idk if i like this superclean or not yet. I like my home screen setups before the flash have to redo them and it's a little different now. Kinda like my gf's Droid 2
Just flashed SC 2.9 Voodoo and all went well. Was coming from 2.9 Non-Voodoo. Did the 2.9.1 flash afterwards too. Just followed the directions at the begining of this post and had no problems. Thanks for all the info!!

Need Help
I was running SC2.9.1 fine for the last week or so, and then all of a sudden my phone crash. No big deal right? I would just reload my OS and then restore my data. I tried for a long time to reload the OS and restore my backup using (CWR) and Odin. I finally got SC 2.9.1 to load. The problem is when I tried to restore files files, it says unable to load SW due to insufficient space. When I checked my space available, I have plenty on my SD card, but none available on the device. How could that be? I'm only able to restore just a couple of my applications, but the rest fail due to no space.
I've tried everything and nothing seems to free up any space.
Please help!! When I do a data wipe, doesn't that format the internal HD?

Yes I was running voodoo. I figured it out. I was able to format the system, data, and etc. Then I loaded EB01DB (using CWR) and it looks like the space available on the HD is back. Now I'm going to upgrade to SC 2.9.1.
One more issue, my music and pics are not showing up. Before my SF crashed, I had a music and picture folder on my sd card. I placed the files and folder like it was before, and now they are not showing up.
Any suggestions? What is the name of the folder and the location of your photos and music?

I have put all of my files in folders like pics, wallpapers, and music.
They should show up when you open it.. Unless the media scan has been disabled.

question, I believe SC 2.9 includes the latest clockwork which would mean, you dont need to flash this correct: [RECOVERY] Updated ClockworkMod for ALL ROMs - xda-developers
