HTC U11 Preorder Thread!

Bezels don't bother me either. I have the S8+ and I have to put a case on it to use it comfortablely​.

Yeah me as well had the S8+, G6 and back to Pixel XL and iPhone 7 plus. Lack of bezels is great but not a deal breaker for me. U 11 bezels are definitely fine especially with the home button and navigation controls not taking up space on the screen.

But man HTC is charging a premium for next day shipping.

Yeah, $30 is steep. I hope they don't do what they did last year and upgrade everyone to next day for free or it'll **** me off. Why spend $30 if they just send everyone's order the same way.

I would like to thank you for your honesty and insight without any obvious biased opinion. I can't say the same about myself. I love HTC products and have a tendency to defend them. I have a true hate for Samsung and a little hate for Apple. But at least I try and stay off their message boards and stick to the boards I favor. Anyways thanks!

Bought 2 10s last year and didn't pay for next day to keep the price down. Was happy to see it was sent next day. Never thought about the people who paid for next day. What a bummer but great for me.

I love my M10 and still owe Sprint $250 on it, so I'm not sure if I'm going to upgrade. The camera is whats really drawing me in though. The one real concern I have is, with the squeeze gestures, will there be a case that works? Being glass front and back, I know I will drop it, and that sounds expensive.....

I still have my M8. Pre ordered the U 11 on Sprint last night. With loyalty discount and online discount, the price is $306 plus about $38 in taxes and shipping ($12.75 X 24 payments). Free activation. No contract. Web search shows cases for preorder that have molded areas for 3 or 4 fingers in the "squeeze zone." Personally, I will wait until Tech21 comes out with a case. My M8 looks brand new after three years and the Tech21 case has held up beautifully, same for my iPhone Tech21 case. Glad there is IP57 rating so I can take it with me on my bike in the rain. iPhone 7 plus is large in my jersey pocket.

Did the 12 month installment plan at 0% interest, which made spending the money easier to swallow! Just did standard shipping, I won't die if I have to wait a couple more days for it.

Yeah, I was very happy when it let me order it, I had seen a couple of posts from people saying they had to settle for the blue, but then I thought they might be on Sprint. Had my heart set on silver and don't know if I would have waited or gotten blue instead if it wasn't available. I am pretty sure I will love it!

U have to hit the paypal financing option. It's called PayPal credit.

Yeah, you have to select Paypal Credit for payment, and then you are presented with the options. I'd already used it when the 10 came out, so it was really quick, might take a little longer for approval (talking minutes, not hours) if you've not used it previously.

Man it's the long wait for a new toy that's tiring... We don't even have a solid date other than June. Hopefully they pull a surprise and ship it in the first week of June or so. Sprint release is June 8 so I would expect unlocked models to ship around same timeframe.

Yeah saw that, personally I prefer to order from Amazon with fast prime shipping/great customer care than the crappy digital River (HTC.com) but $50 coupon is too hard to pass so I have to stick with HTC.com order for now.
