No Uh Oh protection is not there for the U11. They removed that incentive in order to keep the price down according to HTC.

That's interesting. I'm sure to some customers, that would be an asset; whereas others would have wanted the Uh Oh protection. I personally like that it lessened the cost, as I usually use screen protectors and cases as it is and do not opt for any kind of insurance.

I am in the US. The package is not form HTC. It is from Samsung. For some reason they are sending me another galaxy S8 plus. I've already received this phone weeks ago. They made some kind of mistake.

Hmm yeah both HTC and Samsung use digital River which use brightpoint for distribution.

Are you sure you don't have any accessories or anything else ordered from Samsung.com or HTC.com

I am sure. After I got the email from FedEx, I got am email from Samsung saying my order has shipped.

Question: does​ the 11 have an LED notification light? Been hunting to find out.

Word on the street is that it has the same green/red LED that HTC phones have always had. Kind of disappointing. I was hoping for a RGB LED this year since Android O supposedly has some enhancements for it.

I'm so glad it has an LED light, thank you for replying! But yeah, it'd be cool if it had more colours! But I always download Textra as my SMS app so I'll still get the LED colours I need.

Just came back from the HTC U event at Seattle, looks and feels great in the hand. Squeeze functionality works great, device is smooth as expected, u sonic noise cancelling is legit, camera couldn't test much. Asked when can we expect shipping, was told around June 9th or couple days of earlier possibly.

They had the silver, blue, and black to play around. They all look great, liked blue the most even though I ordered silver.
