They obviously don't know who they are messing with!

Yea, I got one of those, as well. That also suggests that either they are "inaccurate" now or their tracking site is "inaccurate". I'll leave it at that.
I am so ^&*(*^ sick of Motorola. I truly hate the company with a passion. They are one of the most disorganized, disrespectful to customers in the world. There is absolutely no excuse for what is happening.
I don't hate them. I just think they could have handled this upgrade a bit better. Frustrated? Without a doubt. I'd just like to be kept in the loop about what's going on. If they found a problem with the upgrade, let us know. If they're shipping them out one day a week, let us know. Transparency. That's really all that would keep me from being so frustrated. Granted, I'd have LIKED to have it back by now, but, that was never guaranteed and I knew that risk when I sent it in. Not knowing where the hell it is or what the status is (has it been upgraded? Is there some problem with it??) is kind of nerve wracking and the source of my frustration right now.
Well that certainly gives more credence to the "only ship on Tuesday's" theory. I know someone else's experience blew that, but, maybe theirs was the exception and not the rule. They can't give you a tracking number because it's not technically shipped yet. I have an email saying mine was shipped, but, um, hmm, no tracking number tells me that it was not. That's what I mean about the false and misleading information. It's pretty ridiculous. It's like when my daughter was 4 and had chocolate smeared all over her face and denied eating chocolate. You can tell me you shipped my Xoom all you want but until I either receive it or have a tracking number that confirms it was shipped, I'm going to be frustrated because I don't ACTUALLY know where it is.
LOL, I just got a Customer Satisfaction Survey from Motorola for my Xoom LTE upgrade. I'd love to complete it, only if I actually HAD my upgraded unit in hand...

It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a few moments to complete this short survey relating to your recent experience with our Motorola XOOM 4G LTE Upgrade program.
It should take no longer than 2 minutes of your time.
They obviously don't know who they are messing with!
That one, by chance? I'd say that survey, at least for me, is probably...."ill timed".![]()
Well FedEx just drove by and didn't deliver a Xoom, so, it won't be today.

I got that right now too. So their @%$@#$ computers think we have received our devices back already. Just one big !$!@$% up after another for Motorola.
That happened to me when they were sending the box but, later the same guy came back and, delivered it.
I got that also and, thought it was kind of strange especially since I haven't received it back yet. It is confusing.

Personally I find the whole thing funny. The Xooms that show as being shipped but don't have a tracking number are sitting in a container on a loading dock waiting for someone to decide the container is full enough (or the Nerd Rage is loud enough). When it is, they'll transmit the tracking #s to FedEx, requesting a pickup of the container (which prolly updates their RMA tracking system at the same time with the tracking numbers). First thing that'll be seen on FedEx's website will be "Shipping info received".
It's business as usual for any company that does mass shipping. Normal FedEx trucks will NOT be handling the pickup. FedEx Freight will. FedEx Freight will NOT pickup piecemeal shipments. Motorola's biggest mistake is apparently missing a shipping status: Pending
And Paul, still think Motorola is out to get you?![]()

Are you trying to be funny or something? If you are, what you posted is not funny. For someone who was fortunate enough to receive their device rather quickly, a little bit of empathy would be appreciated, not the sarcasm, or whatever the heck the above is. You've gone from discussing a situation with a Motorola to turning this personal towards me in my opinion.
