I got my Xoom upgraded to 4G, who else got there's?

I don't know. I thought maybe you had from the tone of your post.

At this point I have given up hope of getting it back anytime soon. I did complete their survey. I suspended my data account for the Xoom. If I don't have it by this Friday I will purchase a new different 4G LTE tablet and then sue Motorola in small claims court.

I do not like being lied to, and I do not like how Motorola has treated me.

No I referring to the article up on the main androidcentral page. A lot of replies to that post sound very similar to ours. Droid Life also posted one and have similar posts on there, as well. Someone on Droid-Life was told that the FedEx labels were messed up and had to be redone. ROFLMAO! RIGHT!

I doubt that. Given the high level of incompetence demonstrated by Motorola, I'm willing to bet Motorola screwed up the labels.

I guess we'll find out when the next batch of people get theirs done. If they're somehow "held up" until the following Tuesday..... :D

I was supposed to have mine back today by Motorola timeline. They have until Friday to make things right with me.

I still think we'll get them Wednesday. Although some people are being told they aren't shipping them out til Friday. At this point I no longer care. I just want it back. I actually use mine on a daily basis and this is starting to suck.

I'm a truck driver and use mine while on the road. I work 6 days a week, close 70 hours over that span.

I use the thing regularly. Now I'm stuck using my phone. I am also unable to have anyone at my home if it is delivered because the incompetent at Motorola can't do this thing tight.

Judge would toss it out and demand court costs from you. Keyword in the email detailing the upgrade process: "Approximately"

There was no promise of an exact amount of time it'd take except in your imagination. You have no options but to wait until FedEx delivers your Xoom to you. Call in and demand it back un-upgraded? They'll tell you "no" or "ok but it'll take 4-6 weeks to process your request". Call them every day, cursing everyone that answers the phone? Expect a "Fingerprint Special", an oily fingerprint under the screen where it'll annoy you until you send it in for another RMA. Refuse to buy another Motorola product?

That's fine with them. You did your part giving them $800 in the first place and they KNOW for every one of you that successfully carries out that rage induced threat there's some kid bout to come into his own and buy his first Motorola product himself.

Apple didn't die after AntennaGate despite many threats of similar. People still buy Toyota despite the brakes fiasco.

Seriously: invest in some beer. Tequila. Four Loco.

UGH. I'm sorry you're in that situation. Let's hope this gets resolved soon and Xooms get shipped out tomorrow.

The truth sucks, i know. But it is the truth. Also pretty ironic seeing the "I hate Motorola" followed by "Sent from my Droid Bionic" in every post :D

I use my Xoom for both personal use and work related issues. Without it, my Charge isn't lasting an entire workday just carrying the email and navigation workload the Xoom normally handles. On the personal homefront i'm behind in news, the daily comics, my YouTube subs, several forums and other things. But i somewhat expected this when i sent it in. The people that will have the fastest turnaround time will be the lucky few at the beginning and those who wait till the end, after the mass clears out.

But the sucky truth: this is prolly going to be the normal routine for anyone caught in the mass RMA process for the next couple weeks

Thanks! Appreciate it. I hope so, too, but it seems very unlikely. The tracking site hasn't changed and since the survey got sent out (SIGH), I've received nothing from Moto. I'm guessing 24 hours and counting until they're shipped out...at the earliest. Some people have been told 10/14. I REALLY hope not. I don't wanna go another weekend without it. :(

Maybe there was a mixup and they had to unbox all of them to figure out who all of them belong to.
