I bought my LG G4 on 12/23/2015 and on 1/19/2016 my screen went crazy while looking at an app. I was not able to power off, reset, or see anything on the screen except hundreds of vertical, colored, lines.. Went back to my Sprint store and the manager told me that it was a known issue and he has seen it in almost 50% of the LG G4's they have sold. I asked him why they didn't tell me before I purchased 3 of these phones for my family and he told me that since it didn't happen to all the phones, they would just take care of the customers that returned with this problem, one at a time. He said that since it was a known problem with the phone, he would request a replacement from the factory and set it up for me, no charge, and it should be available in 3 - 5 business days. Meanwhile, I'm without my phone. He also told me that if it had happened within the first 14 days, he would have replaced it immediately. If I had been told that there was a known problem that was being experienced in something just under 50% of these phones, I wouldn't have bought them in the first place. I'm including a picture of what the screen looks like after the problem happened. Anyone else have this problem? I'd like to hear from you!

I was also asked how my battery life was but up until yesterday, it seemed very reasonable for my usage.
