This is the same build that was released to the soak testers.....me included....if there are any bugs in the build, they would not have changed the release, they will be incorporated into a bug fix for release later.
If they had needed to change the build, the roll out would have been delayed pending a new soak test. Which makes sense. Anytime you made a change in code, the possibility exists of unexpected problems.
The soak showed the build was good to go for most users, so they released it. It was interesting, because of the posts of people unable to do the update, it was 50/50 rooted vs. unrooted.
