I received a call in the late afternoon today (March 2) that the S7 could be picked up. I have it now. Thanks Matt. And thanks Sprint for helping customers out.

Holy crap!! I'm a Verizon customer,( unfortunately) and we would never get such outstanding customer service. Good luck to Sprint and all it's customers and employees. Way to go!!

I haven't seen any sprint customer confirm delivery of there phone at home. Sprint changed my status from will ship by 2/29 to all orders before 3/1 will be shipped, now my status says all orders will ship week of 3/7.so any confirmation for a home delivery?

This is aggravating. My status jumped around the exact same way. I went to Sprint because of a phone (HTC Evo), and I might be leaving sprint over this phone. I pre ordered to make sure that I get it the second that it's released. I've seen people with Sprint on the net that have received it already. I know shipping times vary, but mine doesn't even show to have shipped yet. Meanwhile, my coworker that has T-Mobile is flaunting his. I think I'm going to look at T-Mobile plans when I get off of work today.

Matt, can you help me with this too? I had a huge problem with this yesterday. I got an email from sprint two days ago about my order and got tracking. Saw it was delivered yesterday, went to the store and they told me they had it but couldn’t give it to me. I decided to call customer service later and they told me I could pick it up today (Thursday). Then I called back because I lost my confirmation # and I asked the new rep to confirm everything, they weren’t sure so they called the store. The store said they didn’t even have anything and that the phone will not be ready until the 11th.

I've only found one guy and hes on here! Every other Verizon person has be awful Joe the insider is very helpful with vzw

Dave P4, please PM me with your order # and I'll look into it. I can't say that all preorders shipped early. I do know there was a limited amount that we were able to get out there.

I had the same thing where initially my Sprint order status said it would ship that day, Monday. Then it said in 2 to 4 days, then on the 7th. frustrating! Was hoping I would have it for the weekend but no shipping confirmation yet.

Thanks AD! Non Retail and non-Care folks like me that have "real jobs" are doing what we can to help folks out on social media through our Product Ambassador team. I'm happy to say that I have personally helped a few folks get their devices released by working with them one on one and reaching out to their local store managers. If there's anything that I can do to make Sprint customers happy, it more than pays off for me in terms of time spent. :)

Hi Matt. I just went to the Sprint Store in Evergreen Park, IL & was told even pre-orders had to wait til the 11th. Spoke to Devin. Their number is 708.423.6904. Thanks

I know it isn't your fault, but I thought the entire purpose of my preorder was to ensure that enough was received to supply my release demand. If they didn't have enough for all of the preorders, they shouldn't have released some of them early. This just makes upset customers when some Sprint customers are getting their preorders, and others aren't. It's bad enough that Sprint is over a week behind T-mobile.
