Installing error

Hi just wondering if anyone can help...... anytime i try to download a new app from google play store on my galxay s3 it keeps coming up - Application cannot be installed in the default installation location.

PLZ HELP due to bounce it of the wall as ive tried clearing cache ect.

Would Settings>Storage>Preferred Installation Location help?
