The link there seems to mention graininess, but points out that the photographs are exaggerated. I couldn't find the word "shift" in there or "angle" or "smallest" or "slightest", etc. From what I can tell Ron didn't say anything to the effect of, "the smallest shifts in angle result in tinting". In fact "tint" is not in the review either.
