When did you order and where do you live? I ordered my 32gb Ice (Ice Baby) on the 17th and it changed to processing on Tuesday and shipped yesterday and I'll receive it today. I'm in Southern California and it's coming from Mira Loma, CA.

Ooh I'm jealous! I ordered on the 15th, in New Jersey. I'd love to have it today, but tomorrow is also acceptable :)
 
I'm in Utah. Ordered a 32gb ice and a 32 gb quartz. Charged Tuesday but still not shipped. I also ordered mine on 9/29. Though my order page says leaves warehouse today. So here is hopping.
My arrival date is 23-27 however.
 
32gb ice blue ordered on the 19th, shipped from Mira Loma to Los Angeles yesterday for delivery today. Probably a week or two earlier than I expected when I placed the order on Monday.
 
Just ordered a 32GB in Ice Blue from CPW today with a delivery time sometime tomorrow.

Ordered Carbon 32GBb on 10/15 directly from Google store. Phone has shipped from IL yesterday (10/21) and showing will be delivered to me in PA tomorrow (10/23). When I ordered the estimated delivery was 10/28-30.

I would encourage anyone who is having difficulty with shipping or payment to contact Google by phone. There were problems with my payment which Google acknowledged to be their fault, and went ahead with shippment anyway. I can't give their payment and handling systems good marks, but at least they seem willing to attempt to right wrong when they are in error.
 
For those who pre-ordered, received your phone and qualified for the $50 google play credit, have you received it yet?
 
When you call or chat with them you still don't know if what they are telling you is right or not.They really need to hire a company to handle their online ordering that knows what they are doing.

I ordered my 16GB Carbon and Project Fi SIM kit from Google Store on the 19th, expected delivery of 10/29-11/2. Anyone know why mine would be so much later than most other's expected delivery?
 
Well, got it updated with google at 10am, its now 9pm, no change, no shipping. I worked at a small online retailer who if the cc charged, it shipped same day.. Yet alone, other retailers ship same day before 1pm too.. Google, keep on with the awesome service. It is certainly award winning.

Another day, another awesome google experience. Even had them threaten to end the chat if I continued speaking in the manner I was. "accepted, im sorry I meant expected, see your non answers are making me lose my mind" I find that hilarious. I ordered my 32gb Quartz 9/30. They told me the first time they tried to authorize the payment was yesterday and it declined. However, I contacted them to even get to that point yesterday as mentioned before. So not they are telling me, it will take another 2 days to authorize the charge with my cc company before shipping. This is probably the worst customer service and experience of an online company I have ever had. I also used to work in online retail and did shipping, cc auth, orders, etc. This is unacceptable for a billion dollar company. So now I wait some more.

To recap...
9/30 - Purchased Quartz 32g 5x
10/10 - to let them know my CC had been compromised, I would need to fix the payment. but they cant actually help with this, and say wait for decline.
10/15 - watch everyone post there's is moving with nothing moving on mine
10/16 - 10/20 watch as everyone has deliveries
10/21 - Contact google at 10am, where they say, oh your card declined, update it. Nothing directed by google, all on my hands calling them. Fix card, get emails that your order will be processing for shipment in the next four hours. Nothing happens...
10/22 - Contact google again, oh it will be another 2 days to have everything preauth before ship.

Best part, 6P will have this same issue. Cannot wait.

I'm glad you brought that up. I distinctly remembered 2 promos, 1 being the 90 days of play music and a google play credit. I haven't seen anything mentioned and have not received the credit on my google play account either.
 
The music promo comes in the box which I can't use anyway cause I have used similar music promo in the past. But the store credit should be emailed once phone is shipped

I'm somewhat hopeful then that their completely assinine, arbitrary system will ship mine out today as well. I ordered the same on 10/14, paid for one-day shipping (like a fool).

Just got my shipping notice from FedEx for the wife & I new 5x's. Google said Oct30-Nov2 so this was a nice surprise. Shipping out of IL.
