I ordered a 32gb quartz on the 29th and mine just left Illinois last night. I live in Jacksonville, fl with a estimated delivery date of Thursday.

I ordered a 16GB Quartz N5X on 10-7 and my card just got charged and the status switched from "pending" to "processing" just within the last few hours. I am in the USA.

I was actually on the fence about canceling since Marshmallow has breathed new life into my current N5. Oh well, the new shiny shiny is presumably on its way now.

Ordered 32 GB Carbon on 10/07. Status is still pending. Not sure if I should be concerned yet since I did order it a little later.

Similar order timeframe for me, though I went with 32gb Ice. Unfortunate: my order is still pending and est. ship is 10/30 - 11/3 (!). Fortunate: I'm not far from Carol Stream.

• Google store still shows the delivery between OCTOBER 29 – NOVEMBER 2, 2015
• Google play shows Leaves warehouse by OCTOBER 26.

I am not sure what is going on with Google, but I am a bit perplexed by this history:

2015/10/14 - ordered Nexus 5x Carbon 32GB through Project Fi

2015/10/19 5:00pm - status shows as 'Pending October 21-22'

2015/10/19 7:30pm - status shows as 'Pending October 27-28'

2015/10/20 8:15am - status show as 'Processing October 21-22'

I can't complain about where things are now, but do I have any reason to be confident that it will ship this week given the confussing sequence listed above? I should also note that FedEx tracking show no activity.

32GB Ice for me as well. Store shows delivery as October 27-28th, which is the same as when I ordered. Still crossing my fingers that it ships out earlier.

I tried the reference number trick, but no luck either. Also in Canada... Toronto area. When I ordered a Nexus 5 from the play store two years ago, it shipped with UPS.

Mine changed to "shipped" Monday afternoon 10/19, but still no tracking numbers as of Tuesday midday. Does it seem to take a while for tracking numbers to appear? Mine is 32gig and I'm in Florida; hoping they are coming from Illinois and get here before I leave for a trip on Saturday.

anyone with a FedEx tracking number able to change the delivery to their local FedEx store? I always choose this option since the driver for my neighborhood delivers so late in the day. But that option is grayed out, even though I'm logged in with FedEx Delivery Manager. Says it's unavailable for this shipment. Weird... never seen this option grayed out before...

Okay I feel better now. I woke up to a status change of Processing and the amount taken out. I ordered the Nexus 5X Quartz 32GB on 9/30 my dates say Oct 23-26. Hopefully it ships today, I will follow up.

FedEx has to make one delivery attempt before you can divert to FedEx store. Or it may be for delivery to your address only. It's whatever Google specified at time of shipping.

I contacted their support and they said that it's because my CC wasn't charged so it's technically not shipped yet. It should be done sometime today apparently.

thanks for the reply. This stinks. My FedEx driver delivers really late... maybe I'll work from home and hope he comes early. I'm going to be anxious, kid on Christmas Eve person tomorrow

How long did it take from "Processing" to "Shipped"?
I ordered a 32 gb Ice, free shipping and just got to "Processing" today.
