Yea, don't worry. Verizon will get it to you 1-2 days early (by the 19th).
Not a week early like T Mobile did with the S7 Edge.

Actually it has exceeded any phone. It is going nuts in South Korea. I think the largest pre-order they ever had there IIRC.The Note 7 does not have the demand that the S7 and S7 edge did. :-\
Well I also just searched back through old threads and its hit or miss. Some got early some got late some had to call and get updates because their order still showed processing on release day meanwhile all the stores are selling them to anyone who walks in.

If it receives the same demand here in the states we could be in for pre order delays. :'( I hope not.
It was greater than their usual sales.SK is a different market than the US...I doubt we will see serious backlogging.
I'm on a Verizon business account. I ordered mine at about noon on the 4th. When I check my order status it says Awaiting Inventory and Delivered by 8/19. There is a note below that that says, "Due to overwhelming demand, there are delays on this product. Expected delivery date shown above."
I figure as long as I get it by the 19th I'll be happy.
Also we could see more sales here. Many that normally would have updated last year didn't and are also updating this year along with the every year updaters.SK is a different market than the US...I doubt we will see serious backlogging.
I ordered mine at midnight when they first came out and it still says processing. I suspect it will continue to say that until it ships.

Hold up! You mean there is another screen that give details other than the one that says "your order is being processed"?
I am thinking it is the blue color that might cause delay but I could be wrong
Just got off the phone with Verizon Rep... He states anyone preordering after the today, the 9th for the Coral Blue, expect delays on your delivery. Overwhelmed by the demand for that color. Everyone else, for any color will def get theres on or before the 19th as mentioned before.
He has a business account. Probably seeing different screen than us.
