Samsung just now sent an email stating the SD card was on backorder. I'd better get my card

Then got an email from Samsung saying the SD card was back ordered.

As long as I get that phone!!! I can wait for the SD card lol

Ordered the silver one today. I was hoping to see it first, but my store didn't have any demos yet. If it's like the S7 Edge silver, I'll be happy. Have had like 5 black phones in a row and looking for a change. Not sure about the blue with the copper-ish sides. My Verizon store said they'd ship the phone to the store so I'll get it much quicker. Will get the 256gb card.

If the phone was <$100, I'd agree, but since it's $900 (both paid in full / when all the payments are paid), I think it's alright to be checking often.

I'm planning to preorder soon, probably via Best Buy. Have decided on Black because it's very, very handsome. Undecided between the memory card or the Fit2, but probably will go with Fit2 because I am switching from iOS and have an Apple Watch, so it'd be nice to not be entirely without a wrist wearable.

I do have a question though: Would I be safe waiting until the 9th to pre-order? I'm currently on AT&T Next with my iPhone 6 and the balance is currently ~$93, but on the 9th a payment of like $30 goes through, bringing the balance down to ~$60. The installments are paid for by my parents since I'm on a family account. I'd like to save that money since, y'know, it's $30 which means I can buy food to eat (I live on my own). Would I be safe pre-ordering on the 9th and still getting my device on release day? Or would I probably need to just go ahead and pre-order now, and suck it up about spending more to finish the balance and upgrade?
