Good thing this isn't Apple. Apple would actually sue them for them shipping the phone out before the proper street date. Samsung doesn't care, because why would anyone?

My AT&T status says it'll ship "during the dates given" and on my paperwork that says Aug 17/18. I'll assume (hopefully) that that means it'll be an overnight method.

Mine is AT&T and it states the same. Ordered on August 3rd at 12:30PM so we will see. Sure hope we get by Friday!!

Did anyone preorder through best buy? I know when I got the s7 I went into the store to pre order a week ahead of the release date and an hour later walked out with the s7. Just curious if best buy will be able to do this again.

I received an email that mine was shipped from Memphis yesterday at 9:30. I'm in Little Rock, so it should be here today It shows in Transit from Memphis last update at 2:51PM yesterday...

However, it says:

Yes, I'm wondering the same thing as I pre-ordered through them again. They released the S7 early and have been checking on my Note 7 order with no luck so far.. They said they'll only guarantee that I'll have one but no guarantee on launch day?
