I started pulling the update around 23:30 CDT. Still dling because I am using craptacular WiFi at my parents. 512KBS is the Max speed out here and you know that isn't happening. I can't sleep until I have JB running... I just can't.

Finally got it. Got bored and started to do the clear framework and after a couple times it worked, didn't even notice it until it prompt me to restart.

I would say if it wasn't activation times, that it would go off of what builds the phone have. Then just push it slowly to handfuls of devices after that. Good question though!

Anybody have any idea how the OTA's are pushed? Is it by region (ie. most populated areas first)? Or is it by date of purchase? Or something else?

Or does Google just hit a random button and it goes wherever it feels like?

I was wondering if the servers had a certain number of portals, and it just depended on he was lucky enough to hit check now when a portal was open. Kind of like calling a radio station for tickets.

Just did a framework clear and it came in! Try it doesn't hurt.
