Just did a framework clear and it came in! Try it doesn't hurt.

just did and nothing. Did you just clear framework or did you force stop it too? And did you reboot first before checking for update?

Settings > Apps > All > Google Services Framework > Clear data.

Let's try it....

1. force stop>clear data
2. check update

that's how it worked for me, no reboot

Tried it again, and rebooted this time. Still nothing. :'(

We will never know if one has anything to do with the other, it just gives me something else to do instead of hitting that stupid check now button all the time

Ok this sucks. I got the notification to download it but it says Via Wi-Fi only until Jul 13. Since I was on my wireless connection I connected to my work's WiFi and now it isn't showing downloading. Sure hope that my work is not blocking the Google server.

Edit: Mine shows 144.9 MB as the file size compared to hawon's post earlier.

Glad that my work wifi is not blocking Google's server. Updating now, yay!

I just realized that it is 144MB for the yakju builds and probably 147MB for the takju builds. Guessing for Wallet being included.

Got it. Tried Google Framework -> Force Stop -> Clear and the check update.
Its downloading now.
