I just rooted with 3.1.0.1 Now can I just flash any ROM like ACS or Bonsai for instance or do I have to convert from RFS to EXT4?

You should be ok when flashing EC05 roms. Most of them autoconvert. Just make sure to read the first post in case it says other wise. If you need to convert flash this before [ACS][CWM 3.0.25+]Rfs2Ext4 and Ext42Rfs **UPDATED 7/27 - xda-developers
