The link for the samsung drivers is not functioning. I got to the odin step, and have the phone on the download screen. I hit PDA and open CWMRecovery_DJ05_DL09.tar.md5 and when i hit start, this is the message i get back and nothing happens.

any help would be greatly appreciated

That did the trick, thank you very much
I was also having issues reading my email. To get it to work all I did was go into settings/applications/manage apps/and find the email app and clear data and clear cache and re set up my email (hotmail) and I can read the emails now. I did not have to reinstall dl30.
OK, I went to Froyo CWM. So it shows CWM 2.5.1 version now. I hope this is the latest and greatest.
I did the same thing. I think its working fine because I was able to complete a Nandroid backup with it.
Phone just installed EA28. Does this prevent me from installing Froyo?
You are hitting only down on the Volume. To get to CWM you have to hit both up and down on the Volume.
I was having some issues and was a bit confused with all the Froyo methods (red, green) so I did the OTA to EA28. It fixed my issues but I still want Froyo. Can I do it as in post #1 or do I need to revert to DL09 first?
Thanks
