+++ Liquid Smooth Roms 3.2 for Multiple Devices +++

This is a known problem on AOSP roms. NFL Mobile and MyVerizon don't work on these roms. If that's a deal-breaker, those apps do work on a number of different Sense-based roms.

Has anyone experienced low call volume? I have it to the max and it still seems low.

That's pretty much my only complaint with the rom. Doesn't look like there's a fix for it though other than experimenting with different kernels.

Is it common for the GPS to malfunction after you've already done the work-around successfully?

I've not seen any issues with my personal device... did you test it after brought it up the first time, or is this the first time you tested it??? And what have done since??? And just to be sure everything was done correctly, what did you do when you think you did the work-around???

I restored my rooted stock rom and started my navigation. I got a lock, left it running, rebooted into recovery and reflashed my liquid smooth backup. I ran my navigation and got a lock successfully 3 different times that day. Earlier today I ran it just to see if it was still ok and its not locking.

Not sure what happened... I use AOSP ROMs a lot and I've never lost my Navigation GPS lock-on. Make a backup in Recovery and either flash a Sense ROM like BAMF Forever, or your old Stock HTC Sense ROM, get a lock on, make a backup if you flash Forever, restore your Smooth ROM... sorry, but I've never seen it happen... and I even flashed the newest Radio the other day and still have a good GPS lock.

Just for informations sake i finally got around to repeating the exact steps i detailed earlier and again GPS service has been restored. I rebooted a few times and checked again and all is well. Im going to monitor it closer this time to see how it goes ... i will update you if it fails again or if it appears corrected after a few days. Thanks again.

just installed liquid gingerbread 3.2 for htc thunderbolt, I installed a GB specific radio, listed in another forum:
MR2 OTA radio, PASSED 1.170.605.0, 1.39.00.0627r, works with MR2, GB, or Hybrid roms (bamf 1.8.6+)
Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!
MD5 - EB806E7F0EAF28F1A2C7000E24B5134A
...well my LTE service has been rather spotty, just wondering if anyone has found any success with a particular radio that is more stable etc. and where to find it thanks

Tried installing this but when I flashed it, screen sat on the white HTC screen for 30+ mins. I assume it froze or something. Downloaded it again and tried flashing and got same result. Any tips on how to fix this?

1. Check the MD5 Sum code of the downloaded file... I like to use winMd5Sum on my PC to check that code.
2. Using Recovery, Wipe Data, Wipe Cache and Wipe Dalvik Cache... then install ROM using Recovery.

Did both steps (again) and still got the same result. Is it possible that it didn't flash correct because i didn't have the latest version of recovery? I just flashed newest in ROM manager.

Yes... you should be sure you are using the latest version of Recovery... I'm currently using ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.1

This ROM is great. Its VERY fast and my battery life is pretty good after I did the battery calibration. Thanks again for your hard work, this is great. I love the ICS-esque look and feel, too.

One question though, where do I find the setting for the lockscreen? I want to switch it to the ICS lockscreen.

I've been surfing the web on and off all day today looking for a fix for the only qualm I have with this ROM. This ROM has been on my phone for not even twelve hours and I love it already, but looking for a definitive answer to my question that I have. As of right now I am running the most current radio that to my understanding only came out a few days ago (Baseband Version 1.48.00.0930w). I haven't used my 4G all that often on this phone on any ROM, but the capability of boosting my data speed is a nice thing to fall back on if I were to need it. When I go to turn my preferred network type in the radio information, I am able to choose WCDMA preffered, GSM only, GSM auto, CDMA auto, CDMA only, EvDo only, GSM/CDMA auto, and Unknown. To my knowledge, none of these options will enable the 4G service. Should I be using a different radio? As mentioned before I just flashed a new one (not too sure what version the old one was), but even before this I did not have that CDMA/LTE option in my radio options. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :).

Its kind of weird, but Im pretty sure the "Unknown" setting is the CDMA+LTE option. You could also open up your dialer and dial *#*#4636#*#* then hit phone info, and go to the bottom where it says Set preferred network type. Set that to "Unknown". Thats what mine is currently set on and I have full 4g. Hope this helps.

How do some of you guys have video Google talk? That's my only gripe. This ROM is sweet
