(I hope you excuse me for some english mistakes. I'm still getting used to it, I have been in the US for a bit more than a month, now. And if you don't want to read all the email, just go down and see the last part)
So I reached out motorola, through their website, and tried the online support via chat.

Sooo... it seems like my order is coming from another country (China, I'd bet on it). Maybe it could arrive in the next few days (in no more than a week, I suppose.)
