My moto G2 is not turning on after showing Motorola logo and powered by android ?

I was playing NFS most wanted and suddenly it switched off and after that its not turning i have tried to reset it by pressing button vol down with power key but its not working and its fully charged and still its not turning on and caught in the loop act as it switch on after that moto logo its vibrates and then turned off. Help me.

Try removing the battery for ten minutes, then replacing. I'm assuming - wrongly? - that you have the Moto G 2nd generation:

I'm afraid that removing the battery isn't possible with the Moto G. You could try to boot your phone in safe mode. The instructions to do that changed after Lollipop. Have you updated already or still running kitkat?

Do a little search for your version. The safe mode will boot your phone just with the preinstalled apps. Don't worry, it won't remove anything. From there you can clear the cache, data or uninstall the app that is giving you problems. Worth a try.

BTW. Have you tried pressing the power button for 10 seconds? Sometimes it's just enough to reboot your phone.

Hold on POWER BUTTON and VOLUME DOWN button simultaneously and select NORMAL POWERUP from the black screen (careful in selecting in this screen) and charge the mobile. U r DONE
