My S10 has been flashed with an unauthorized software and is locked

For the ODIN download ,which one am I downloading? There are 6 all together but 2 of them say v3.14.1.zip then the other says v3.14.1_3B_Patchedzip

The patch zip is used for carrier versions to unlock version so the regular v3. 14.1

After I've downloaded Odin this is what has come up . My laptop is a little old so I'm not sure . Is this what it's supposed to look like or am I supposed to click on a certain one ?

And when I clicked on it it said to make sure I delete any Google samsung account. Not sure what that means or what this is

& For the Frija there are different kinds to download it says the mayest is v1.4.4 then after that v1.4.3 and so on this is what the screen looks like

This correct and No you don't have to remove any accounts just disregard it

First Frija v1. 4.4 zip.

Extract then open put your model name and for CSC if Verizon put VZW

Open frija put the model number and CSC then choose download

Okay I put Model number in & put VZW for CSC now press check update? there is no download button

Okay sorry about that , I press checked update & then everything underneath filled up with information about my phone- I am now pressing download. Advise on what to do next please & thank you !

for some weird reason it says - S( Android 12) in the OS -- Not sure what that means i have the S20 or if that even matters

Once downloaded to computer extract the firmware zip file with something like 7zip
Open Odin then put phone in download mode connect to computer
