Has anyone gotten the camera to work???
no ive tried, and with the current 5-16 build ive noticed something, on this build it installs camera version 1, on the previous build it was some different version, and also when you try to add a alarm it force closes
Both of these, and workarounds, have been discussed on the xda thread.
Thanks for the info.... Would you have a link? I have been searching....
Camera: LG Optimus V What Works - ROMRepo
Alarm: xda-developers - View Single Post - [ROM][WIP][ALPHA] aospCMod | AOSP 2.3.4 / CM7+ (Gingerbread)
Appears you don't know how to search, which you really need to learn. Much easier and faster than relying on others IMO. This took me about 2 minutes!
Thanks for smart @@$ reply..... Already seen this link... I have 20110516 w/ the blue pill.
I cant get the camera menu... Also now when I push camera button the phone will auto reboot. Think I'm going back to Reborn Rom till Camera & Bluetooth are fixed... Everything else worked great!!
Thanks for all the info
LOL! One tip on searching is to type correctly! "@@$"
"I have 20110516 w/the blue pill." I don't know what this means. Please explain, because these fixes are working fine on my customized aosp 20110516.
LOL
The Blue Pill from 1st Post in this thread....
Does your bluetooth work??
I Flashed -> aospCMod-VM670-20110516-signed then gapps-gb-20110325-signed then normal-signed (blue pill)
I might try flashing again.... I really liked this ROM

for netflix cant we just install the no device check apk of netflix instead of doing the red bill?
Thought I'd bring this up here, apparently this is a new feature with the latest nightly release - selective app permissions. Seems to work as advertised with this aosp build. Amazing. And of course, many thanks to basketthis for keeping this great project alive on our phones.
