We'll all be sorry to see you go.I am re-thinking about switching to iOS.
Frank....asked them about Visual Voice Mail and they would not offer it to me. No credit either. Not certain why some are getting it offered to them while others are not.
The previous update messed up my VM. I took it to the VZ store and they said notifications had been turned off. They "fixed" it. No problem since. Still working with the GB update.
Has anyone besides me email HTC ? I think if more than one person does, might help.![]()

I called VZW and must say my interaction was pretty painless. They already had an open problem ticket so they added my account to that and offered me VVM on credit. Sad to say this is my first real problem I've had with this phone... Must say I do really like VVM, LOL.
You just waited for him to offer it to you?I went Verizon Store to see if the tech could fix problem. But, no the tech had no clue of the issue. I also do not have Visual Voicemail. The Store tech did not offer me free Visual Voicemail as I have read in other post. I can not believe that Verizon and HTC released 2.3 for the Thunderbolt with such big issue for phone functionality. I hope that the fix is coming soon!!
