Nexus 4 Ordered on November 27: Order Status and Tracking

Ok I have just decided I think we should gather up our pitchforks and whatever and go raid all of the T-mobile stores and custom storage areas and UPS staging areas to get our phones now. I mean we have to, we paid for them and I don't know about any of you but if I paid for it I want to use it before the 21st of Dec, the end of the world.
 
1-2 week order here, Got shipping info on Nov 30th 4 AM , charged on Dec 1st

Called Google Play just know. Below is the summary of the call
1. Google has sent out Devices to UPS and they have not been scanned yet by UPS due to unknown reasons
2. You should expect the phone to be delivered by end of business week. Else call us back
3. Submitted a request to refund 2 day shipping charges

See this is the thing, some CSR say they have been shipped while some say they haven't. I guess we won't know until Friday what really is the truth.

And how did you submit a request to refund shipping?

How do you request a shipping refund?

You just ask and they pass your request on to a shipping specialist who should contact you in 24-48 hours. However a lot of people never heard back from their specialists.
 
I'm a 2-3 weeker and I've still got nothing. No UPS tracker. Nothing, it just says that I ordered a 16gb on Nov. 27.
Im there with ya. Placed a 2nd order because i read on xda that 2-3 people placed orders this week and got a shipping email with a tracking number..

Lets see what happens..I'll let you know haha

2-3 weekers, please stop putting your shipping confirms here while 1-2 weekers (like me) still are in limbo hell

I mean no offense, it is making me sad and very pissed everytime I see it

Some of us just post to inform, so people know how everything is going (and if they should be looking for shipping info, etc). If we didn't post, you wouldn't be pissed, right? :) I think I saw someone say they were a 4-5 weeker and had their shipping confirm earlier today. You should really chide them, as that would make me belligerent if I was a 1-2 weeker. Also, I like that we've all kinda branched off into groups (1-2 weekers, 2-3 weekers, 3-4 weekers, etc.). I'm a 2-3 weeker myself. If the madness doesn't stop, there may be a Nexus 4 civil war in the forum. :D I'll refrain from posting a pic when I receive my phone tomorrow, lest I spark the beginning of the Nexus 4 weekers war. ;)

I understand, I am happy that the info came as it gives us more reason to fear we may be left behind, letting us know to try and complain to Google more, I just do not want to see any more than have already been put up.

How do you request a shipping refund?

CSR said she is submitting a request for refund immediately as it has crossed the deadline after I was charged on Dec 1st. I was not given any tracking for refund. But she said , it will be a separate transaction on my account with a refund of $14.
 
There was no update with UPS its still as now "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated" NO updates ever.
 
IF you are in the 2-3 week window, you are in the clear and have always been in good status - even getting your phone early.
I'm not so sure such a blanket statement works. From what has been going on if you get an email in any group about shipping too soon and nothing else then you may find yourself in Limbo also.

I am kind of glad I have not received any shipping data but my credit card has been posted to twice and been approved by the cc company. Just waiting.
