Nexus 4 Ordered on November 27: Order Status and Tracking

I find it odd that UPS my choice tells me that my package is going to come yesterday... At least update the d*** date.

Wulp UPS came today. Knock on the door.. the perfect sized package! I clutch it and run into my living room with glee. I'm prepared to tear open this wonderful brown package like a kid on Christmas. Then, I notice that it's from William Sonoma.

Thus I'm in the limbo with a shipping confirmation Friday and a package tracking # that still has no info with a delivery estimate of yesterday. I really don't care that much when I get it as long as it's soon, but this cluster f*** is just a huge tease.

damn that sucks man. this is probably how google/ups would respond lol

Has anyone received there device today? If what did your ups tracking say the delivery date was when logged in to upsmychoice prior to delivery?

If not for this sole reason, I am thankful that I am away from my home during the day. I have around half a dozen packages estimated to arrive between yesterday and through the week. I imagine most of them will have a similar look and feel to the much belied Nexus-4 package. At least I am somewhat distracted here at work; that said, it does not mean I am not constantly checking my email and pinging the UPS site. Would it not be interesting if this whole ordeal was an elaborate hoax or some twisted experiment in human behavior?

That unmistakable shift from elated anticipation to crestfallen chagrin. I did as much as I could to refute the possibility of the package being on the front porch yesterday; what transpired, instead, was my envisioning the place upon which the box rested: chair, welcome mat, stool, railing, window ledge, etc. Needless to say, this process is revealing things about me, at least the extent to which, heretofore I was not aware. Is my soul being Googled now?

I am curious--did you pay with a debit card? I have yet to see the charge go away on my credit card.

It is a Debit card, but when you don't perform the transaction with your PIN it will use it as if it was a credit card

My credit card is still showing charges as "pending". I hope to see the transaction completed soon.
