Do a factory reset, then try to odin again , also make sure your usb port is not 3.0 also try a different usb cable.

In window 10, I have tried USB port on back of pc. Still stuck on Odin for long time and won't flash. It's fine when flashing U1 firmware.

Switch to Window 7, USB port on back of pc. Still stuck on Odin for like 2 or 3 seconds, then started flashing ATT firmware.

After setup on note 10 plus with ATT sim card, VoLTE and Wifi calling work.

You can flash TMB through Frija but I would go to the unlock model using Odin Patch B
